What we aim to solve
Our biggest challenge is maintaining 42 years of history for our organization. We are in 44 cities in the US and Canada. Even more cities were with NAGAAA at some point in our history and have since left the organization. Keeping track of board members, Hall of Fame members, and individuals who have significantly impacted NAGAAA has been one of our greatest challenges.

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
To create a mobile Archives, and someday a permanent building, to house all the archives we have gathered over the years. This mobile Archives would travel around the country and Canada for NAGAAA events and Prides.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We are currently created fundraising avenues to acquire enough money to build the archives and maintain it for at least until our 50th, where it will need to be refreshed and every decade moving forward.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We are extremely capable of housing and collecting materials to date, but would like to share our memories with as many of our NAGAAA's 17,000 currently in NAGAAA and the thousands that are lifetime members, but during currently participate actively in our events due to injuries or age.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are creating a Legend Circle and we plan to recruit monthly donors and major contributors, annually earmarked for this project. Through our monthly donor program and fundraising efforts, inclusion a car give-away that will enable us to get enough money to build the Archives and travel it to at least one event per year. We will continue to raise money to ensure it can travel to multi events each year.
