• Provide a fun, safe, and fair atmosphere.
• Promote, foster, and require the highest level of sportsmanship and character from all our members.
• Act as ambassadors for the City of Tustin and continue to work towards establishing Tustin Girls Softball as an elite softball organization within Southern California.

1. Keeping registration costs low amidst rising operating costs, in order to maintain an affordable and accessible program for all families throughout our community.
2. Obtaining sponsorships and fundraising to supplement the large hidden costs with no tangible benefit such as field fees and umpire fees.
3. Continued procurement of volunteers and players with limited resources to market our league, recruit, or entice.

We have an active and passionate board of directors who are committed to fundraising and keeping costs low for our community.

The impacts that Tustin Girls Softball has made to the greater Tustin area over the last three years are measured in our youth. Our organization is comprised of volunteers who are committed to facilitating a positive experience while instilling valuable lessons and character traits in our adolescent girls. Softball encourages a healthy lifestyle and promotes self-esteem. Softball teaches communication, how to work with a team, how to manage relationships, and develop leadership skills. The sport is physically strenuous and gives our girls an opportunity to persevere in competition, which results in the learning of important life lessons about winning, losing, and overcoming adversity. The volunteers representing our organization believe this exposure promotes all-around positive citizenship, which will be passed on within our community for years to come.
