Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
A. Greater participation in Jewish communal life
B. An inclusive and welcoming North American Jewish community where all who wish to enter the Big Tent are able to do so
C. An expanding and meaningful Jewish future
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Grow the Jewish community and expand Jewish participation -- particularly among intermarried Jews and their families, LGBTQ Jews, inter-ethnic and mixed-race Jews, and other populations traditionally marginalized from Jewish communal participation -- by:
A. Developing strategic partnerships with local and national like-minded organizations.
B. Positioning a Big Tent Judaism Concierge in strategically-selected communities around the countries who can find thousands of less-engaged and unaffiliated Jews and connect them with the local Jewish community.
C. Training local Jewish communal professional to be Big Tent Judaism Professional Affiliates -- experts in outreach and engagement best practices -- so that they can engage more individuals both independently and in tandem with a Big Tent Judaism Concierge.
D. Identifying, nominating, and developing Jewish volunteer leaders who become Big Tent Judaism Ambassadors, advocate for a more inclusive Jewish community, and support the work of Big Tent Professional Affiliates and Big Tent Judaism Concierges.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?

229 Jewish volunteer leaders advocating for greater inclusion in their local communities.
Over 500 American Jewish institutions in the Big Tent Judaism Coalition who are committed to creating an inclusive Jewish community.
