NIGHTLY MEALS ARE PREPARED AND SERVED BY VOLUNTEERS WHO PURCHASED FOOD FROM THEIR OWN FUNDS. NONE OF THE CONTRIBUTED SERVICES OR FOOD ARE INCLUDED IN REVENUE OR EXPENSE

THE SHELTER PROVIDES SHELTER AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VETERANS

THE SHELTER OPERATES AN OFF-SIGHT MEAL PROGRAM FOR ELDERLY AND INDIGENT PEOPLE
Emergency Shelter
THE SHELTER PROVIDES NIGHTLY LODGING, BATHING FACILITIES, A WARM EVENING MEAL, COLD BREAKFAST AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN WITHOUT CHARGE. THE SHELTER SERVES BETWEEN 90 AND 120 PEOPLE PER NIGHT

What significant change resulted from feedback?
Based on client feedback we are building an Urban Farm that includes walking trails, park benches, raised beds and art pieces. Providing access to healthy food (free), quiet spaces for mental health and physical activity.

It is difficult to get the people we serve to respond to requests for feedback, Staff find it hard to prioritize feedback collection and review due to lack of time, It is difficult to get honest feedback from the people we serve, Challengeing to get feedback from people with makor mental health and substance abuse
