The B+ Foundation's goal is to cure childhood cancer. To that end, the Foundation provides grants for childhood cancer research. In the near-term, The B+ Foundation provides financial assistance to families of children with cancer. By lessening the financial burden, the family is able to focus more attention on their child and the financial assistance often enables better medical care for their child.

The B+ Foundation is one of the largest providers of financial assistance to families of kids with cancer in the United States. On an annual basis, we award literally millions of dollars to thousands of families of kids with cancer from over 200 hospitals across the United States. The B+ Foundation also has a world-class Scientific Advisory Board who guide the process of awarding research grants to leading institutions and investigators.

The B+ Foundation works closely with Social Workers at over 200 hospitals across the United States. Ninety percent of our Family Assistance Program applications are submitted by these Social Workers (the remaining 10% directly from families). ALL applications must be filled out by a Social Worker or medical caregiver to ensure the authenticity of medical diagnosis and financial situation of the family. Regarding the research, internationally-recognized childhood cancer researchers assist The B+ Foundation in selecting the most worthy research grants. The founders of The B+ Foundation are uniquely qualified to address the topic of childhood cancer as their son and brother died following a 167 intensive care unit hospitalization for his battle with leukemia.

On the research front, discoveries are identified and findings are published in scientific journals. Regarding the families, we literally have binders and binders of thank-you notes from the families expressing their thanks and describing the immeasurable impact that our support has made on their families.

We haven't cured childhood cancer yet! We HAVE literally saved children's lives, though, through the research that we have funded. And, we HAVE eased the heavy burden on thousands of families who are dealing with the life and death battle of having a child with cancer.
