Midtown Plan Review/Urban Design Guidelines/Historic Preservation
This committee is made of individuals based on talent - Review by this Committee ensures compatibility of all projects with the Corridor Plan.
Use of Urban Design and Historic Preservation as economic tools will encourage owners of historic properties to maintain the historic integrity of the structure, increasing the property’s marketability.
Reinstating the Façade Rebate Program, would encourage property owners to make necessary improvements to draw good businesses to the Main Street Corridor.

Works with the Prosecutor’s Office and the Kansas City Police Department to keep nuisance offenders off the streets
