Children's Ministry

Whether your child is an infant, an upper elementary school student, or somewhere in between, we have a special place for them! All children’s ministry workers are trained by Aldersgate Safe Sanctuaries standards to ensure the care of safety of every child.

Our Youth ministries include Bible studies, social activities, mission and service opportunities for students in grades 7-12. Our goal is to reach, teach and transform young people to an active faith in Jesus Christ and releasing devoted disciples into ministry in our community and world.

Stephen Ministers are lay people trained to provide confidential care to the hurting. Let them care for you in tough times such as the loss of a loved one, health challenges, divorce/separation, job crisis, spiritual crisis, loneliness, discouragement or relocation. Men are matched with male Stephen Ministers and women are matched with female Stephen Ministers. All care is confidential and free.

We are a Christian ministry creating a satellite of support around foster and adopted children and families in Christian, Lawrence, Barry, Taney and Stone Counties. We also serve all children in need in Christian County. Our free clothing boutique helps parents and guardians provide stylish and tasteful attire for the children in their care while respecting the child's need for dignity and self-esteem.

Once you get past fifty, the fun has just begun! Whether you're retired, just plain tired or active as ever, Keenagers meets monthly for lunch and fellowship and plans activities to be enjoyed together.

Life can get complicated once you cross that threshold into adulthood--bigger stakes, serious relationships and a whole lot more decisions to make. Protege is a safe place for you to discover and share this new adult life with other young adults while learning to follow Jesus as his protege.

Parents’ Day Out is an outreach ministries to families. We provide a safe, loving, Christian program for early childhood development while allowing parents to have a few hours of free time. Children will develop basic learning skills, socialization skills, and learn to love others as God loves them

Challenging and equipping men to live the daring life of faith! Men's Fellowship meets monthly for a hot breakfast and devotions and helps with service projects in addition to providing financial support for ministries to women and children.
