Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Peer Learning
We believe that the most effective way for community foundations to develop their community leadership skills is to learn from others in the field.
To facilitate this, we offer a wide range of peer learning opportunities to help CFs strengthen individual leaders, build organizational capacity and address critical issues.
Through our year-long Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) and 1.5-day Setting the Table course, CF staff, Board and leadership become more comfortable with the concept of community leadership and are better prepared to incorporate it into their work.
