Hammers of Hope

Provides free home repairs focused on safety and comfort issues to low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities, who have exhausted all available assistance options and have lost all hope of getting those repairs completed.

Safe Babies aims to decrease the number of tragic infant deaths in Jefferson County, MO, by increasing awareness of preventable risk factors, teaching prevention techniques and offering safe sleep equipment when needed to qualifying participants.

Safe Babies provides FREE community education on topics including:

Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS)
Prenatal Drug Exposure
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders

Parents

The Parenting Network (TPN) is a FREE, voluntary program that supports first-time parents. The program is made up of a network of parents who receive information that is important to families with young children. TPN provides parents with the knowledge and support they need to be a nurturing parent and to successfully prepare their children for entering school.

The Parenting Network provides:

Child development information that improve parenting skills
Help families adapt to changing roles
Help stay-at-home and teen parents
Promote positive parent and child interaction
Encourage daily early literacy
Encourage participation in PAT Program
Receive incentives for active participation in the program

TPN serves families through home visits and education meetings.
