Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

It is our responsibility to build on this foundation set before us, as we seek to be the premier, distinctly Christian school in the region. In this next chapter of CSD’s story, we are striving to live in alignment with God. Whether this is developing new programs for our students or pursuing opportunities with like-minded ministries who share in the vision of our school, we desire to live with anticipation that God will be right here in the middle of everything we do.

Our strategic plan outlines very clearly our priorities, KPI's and responsibilities to hold each area of this plan accountable for the success of their pillar. Each pillar had much thought and consideration into what was required each year to help us reach our goal by the end of the plan. These specific outlines are critical to keeping our progress and moving forward.

We have continually invested time into hiring new employees that bring knowledge and wisdom to help us make decisions that increase our capabilities. We seek wise counsel to guide us in areas that are unknown. Our Academic Leadership Team and the Board are investing in evaluating our performance and spending the time necessary to adjust where it is needed.

In the first year of our strategic plan we have accomplished one huge milestone in working towards a one-campus school. With the historic land sale of a portion of our acreage we will be able to house elementary through high school appropriately with distinct space for each school. This will add capacity without increasing our debt.

We completed our FSCI this past Spring that took a deep dive look into all members of community. This will help direct us in developing our school identity and enhance our student experience.

We are continuing to grow our advancement department for additional sources of revenue through programs like MOScholars, business partnerships and donor relationship development to help aide in protecting our operational budget.
