Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our goal is to end homelessness by providing safe shelter, effective services, and permanent solutions to people without housing and those at risk of homelessness.

GRACE's one-stop service provision model cuts down on the time and frustration it takes to access several service providers located in different parts of town by bringing them to our campus throughout the week. Our case managers work closely with guests to address their homelessness in a way that works for them, and our low-barrier philosophy means that people can get help they need from us, regardless of their backgrounds.

We have a well-trained, highly dedicated staff who work together to achieve our goals. More than half of our team have lived experience with homelessness, recovery from drugs and alcohol, or both. We are also part of a coordinated system of service providers working together to end homelessness in our community. With this coordinated system and the experiences of our staff members on our side, we can ensure that guests are receiving the services they need, while feeling supported by a team of advocates who truly understand what they're going through.

Since GRACE opened in 2014, we've moved more than 2,000 people out of homelessness and into housing, helping to reduce homelessness in Alachua County by 47%.
