Programs and results
What we aim to solve
There are two areas that we are looking to focus on in the year 2022. #1 - We will continue to reach out to homeless individuals in order to mentor them and bring them, next-level counsel, to renew their dreams and passions in life. #2 - We also want to connect with the senior and homebound individuals in our community to help bring the outside community to them. Many are left alone, with no connection to the outside world, they only have a paid caregiver, a nurse, or a provider. They lose a sense of value, feeling lost and alone. #3 - Helping seniors find solutions with simple tasks in life.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goals for 2022 is to visit homebound individuals; to find ways to bring the community to them. By assigning volunteers that will have contacts with the individuals through avenues of Zoom, FaceTime, and an interactive website. The hope is to help the homebound individual feel less alone, uplift them, encourage, and give them a sense of value in life again.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We will seek to partner with others that have the heart to encourage and lift up individuals to next-level living.
We'll need to seek grants and raise donations to support our efforts in working with each and asking for those who will want to sponsor individual clients throughout their progress.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We plan to work with various organizations and through a combination of speaking, mentoring, writing, and consulting.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Our clients set their own personal goals, we brainstorm with them and assign a mentor that will assist in finding ways to put their plan into action and the steps to progress. Weekly check-ins, along with in-person meetings twice a month are essential to making sure they stay focused and on a path of moving forward towards reaching goals.
