Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our mission is to continue to expand our spay and neuter programs to reach further into the SouthWest region. We are looking to partner with veterinary professionals who will be able to meet the needs of families and shelters who pets needed to be spay & neutered. Who hope to expand our sponsorship into surrounding states that have low income or free spay and neuter programs set up already. We are trying to expand our Hay Bank program to reach into more surrounding counties for this coming and and to also get our pet food bank up and running to a successful level.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategy is to form partnerships with other animal organizations so we can meet the increased needs not only in our area but surrounding areas. We have developed a financial worksheet to better reach the rescues and animal organizations that need it most yet, continue to sponsor our current one.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our capabilities are endless because we are a foundation and do not house animals we are able to financially support the rescues and animal organizations that need it the most, but also reach out to individuals that may need help. We are constantly working on improving our fundraising efforts so, that we can continue out our outreach program.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are striving to reach a goal of spay and neutering 5,000 pets in the next 6 months and then continuing our goal to set up monthly spay and neuter clinics in the surrounding counties. We are hoping to do this in the next 3 months.
