Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We hope to positively impact the number of homeless pets euthanized in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We will strive to rescue 250-300 homeless pets in 2016, and our well on our way. We are also excited for our restructuring campaign, that is scheduled to be completed this summer, which includes more funding, smaller overhead, expansion of foster home network, volunteerism, and increased outreach and awareness including fundraising events and educational events.

Downsizing our administrative network, organizational leadership maintaining non paid roles, increasing volunteer donation of goods and services including fuel, dog food, supplies. Increasing outreach to corporate partners and sponsorship of goods, services, donor match campaigns, and monthly donor program.

Professional and community relationships with small and larger businesses, community outreach, media campaigns. Exemplary leadership and effectiveness as evidenced by closing budget deficit, corporate agreement and publicized sponsorships.

We've accomplished lowering our budget deficit by $16,000, and cost effectiveness with veterinary care and partnerships. We've increased our donor base and monthly donor sponsorships by 33% in the first quarter of 2016. We have increased our foster network by 10% and recruited volunteers for our bi-monthly events bringing our unpaid/volunteer workforce up by 20%. We hope to maintain this progress and meet our goal of 80% more sponsorships, monthly donors, and 25% (for a total of 50%) more volunteerism network by the end of 2016.
