Mission
Our mission is to empower communities in Central Texas to work together to eliminate social isolation and the hopelessness it causes. We walk with our families for at least one year, offering programs such as: personalized case management, connection to valuable resources, community workdays, meal deliveries, fellowship gatherings, and life coaching. We also create connections among neighbors, churches, volunteers, and other local nonprofits --giving our socially isolated neighbors the resources and community they need to move forward in life. We offer relational ministry training so our volunteers will feel confident to help. Our core values are: community, compassion, connection, commitment, and Christ-centered. Imagine with us a world where no one has to navigate life alone.

Our programs

Community Workdays
Volunteers, youth organizations, and church members serve at an isolated neighbor's home to help with yard maintenance, minor home repairs, and debris clean up. While these workdays are task-oriented, the true purpose is to walk alongside others while providing hope and demonstrating God's love.
Life Coaching
For families we have worked with for a while, we offer life coaching for a trained professional to help them meet specific goals that will help them flourish.
Meal Deliveries
Once a week, friendly volunteers provide meals to our clients along with a brief visit.
Fellowship Gatherings & Discipleship Events
Local churches host fellowship dinners to get to know our families better. Our clients also meet for coffee regularly to develop friendships over a brief devotional.
Relational Ministry Trainings
We offer trainings to help our volunteers feel confident they can walk with our clients and their neighbors in way that offers meaningful connections.
