Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We are trying to make radio relevant again. Most stations have been taken over by big corporations who have taken away almost all local programming. WAPJ strives to support and promote the local community.

Present high quality and thought provoking programming 24/7.

We have fully equipped studios located in a storefront in downtown Torrington and have the capability of broadcasting live from various locations around the community.

We are on the air 24 hours a day and have an average of 12 hours of live and local programming daily all produced by volunteers. We carry local high school sports and support hundreds of local non-profit community groups by offering them free on air publicity.

Our goal is to expand the amount of live programming we offer.
