What we aim to solve
Far too many people are excluded from partaking in everyday activities. We aim to advocate and education everyone on the importance of inclusion and to celebrate inclusionary successes. Together, we shall overcome this challenge every day.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Ainsley's Angels Race Series
Ainsley's Angels of America manages and hosts an all-inclusive Race Series across America. This unique series brings athletes of all abilities together. An "Angel Team" consists of one rider and at least one runner and an adaptive racing chair. The race series is a special event that is based around inclusion with the riders being the spotlight of the event. The Race Series travels around the country to ensure everyone can experience endurance events.
Ambassador Program
In 2015, Ainsley’s Angels of America launched our Ambassador Program. The Ambassador program is comprised of local Ambassadors (currently impacting hundreds of communities) whose purpose is to fulfill the Ainsley’s Angels mission of fostering all-inclusive communities. Local Ambassadors are supported in their role by their Sr. Ambassador Directors, as well as the Vice President of the Ambassador Program, to build awareness about the importance of inclusion, through action, while transforming populations into all-inclusive communities.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
In addition to ensuring everyone can experience endurance events, Ainsley's Angels of America aims to build awareness about America's special needs community through inclusion in all aspects of life. Serving as advocates to providing education and participating as active members in local communities, we believe everyone deserves to be included.
Between our Ambassador Program and our Ainsley's Angels Roll With the Wind Race Series, we aim achieve the aforementioned mission. Inclusion wins through the race series, as it is designed not only for Ainsley's Angels duo teams but for all runners of the local community and virtual runners as well.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our primary strategy revolves around our Ambassador concept. Ambassadors will coordinate efforts with local race directors and ensure they understand the needs of our athletes and are willing to cooperate. Ambassador shall coordinate at least six local endurance events during a twelve month period as an exclusive representative of Sponsor, to include but not limited to, promotion of Sponsor through the use of Sponsor literature, apparel, and accessories at endurance events. Ambassador will direct potential angels and athletes to apply to become such in their area. Ambassadors will co-manage the appropriate social media with the assistance of the Regional Ambassador. Ambassador must complete at least one educational promotion per year in which they educate community members on the mission of AAA. Education can include but is not limited to involvement in local school event or field meet, race expos, seminars, lectures, community forums, book reading, etc.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
To accomplish our mission, we have created the following structure: President is the chief executive officer, presides over all board meetings, and performs other duties customarily exercised by a CEO, including the right to hire and fire any employees. The Executive VP performs the President's duties during the President's absence or disability and will also oversee AAA grant writing and requests as well as assist with identification of national and regional corporate partnerships. SVP of Education is responsible for managing education initiatives regarding inclusion, various special needs/diagnoses, and community activism as well as identifying opportunities for organization and Ambassador involvement in inclusive education.SVP of Ambassador Operations, is responsible for managing the national, regional and local Ambassadors and ensuring the mission of Ainsley's Angels is being fulfilled to the highest extent.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Since 2011, we have underwent sustained growth and impact from one location to over 60 locations in 34 states. Additionally, we have established a mobility equipment grant program that has assisted over 1000 individuals across the Nation in gaining the equipment required to be included in endurance events During the summer of 2015, we launched the Power to Push Run across America and in 2017 the Run down the Mississippi River. We donated over 60 freedom push chairs during these two missions and over 400 more as part of our grant and fundraising programs. Born An Angel, a children's book by Ainsley's sister Briley originally printed 5000 copies. In 2017, an additional 5000 copies where printed and are educating America about the importance of inclusion. The Ainsley's Angels Race Series has expended from 2 races to 12 races across the country in the last 5 years and our membership has expanded by 500% the last 3 years. We continue to scale and sustain.
