The Multitude Experience

What we aim to solve
Conversations with ministers and ministry leaders revealed there is a need for customized theological education for those called to specialized ministries. These participants are not called to be Senior Pastors nor are they called to attend ATS seminaries. They want additional faith based education at the certificate level so they can better carry out the ministries God has dropped in their spirits. Since their ministries are in the world they have expressed a desire to earn secular CEUs, hence we acquired our accreditation from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training organization (IACET).

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to provide a credible environment where participants are accepted as they are and allowed to complete The Multitude Experience (TME) course work in their own way. Each participant will be better able to move within their ministry calling after completing our course. Our award winning, customized program has several components. The blended learning format allows for flexible start dates, as well as, a flexible timeline. A TME administrator helps guide participants throughout their program. Earning a Certificate and/or IACET CEUs from our accredited institute has several benefits (1) adds credibility to skill sets and qualifications for ministry
(2) demonstrates ministry dedication and expertise (3) increases value to colleagues and team mates(4) satisfies desire for lifelong learning and professional development. Our overarching goal is for TME graduates to leave better equipped to carry out the ministry God has dropped in their spirits.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We, at The Multitude Experience, believe it’s imperative that participants receive their continuing faith based education from a credible institute. We’re all about excellence when doing Kingdom Work. Our participant’s specialized ministries must be carried out in ways that are pleasing to God. To that end we have a four pronged strategy for The Multitude Experience: (1) being accredited (2) participating in professional organizations (3) seeking articulation agreements with higher education institutions
(4) being absorbed into large faith based organization.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
The philosophy of adult and higher education that we ascribe to highlights our organization’s capabilities.
We, at The Multitude Experience, maintain an eclectic view of teaching adult learners. Our experience includes university level teaching, providing corporate training and facilitating faith based continuing education programs. First and foremost we know that all participants can learn any material. The key is to use a variety of methods so that no one will be left out. Each participant has an opportunity to be successful and success breed success. Adult participants have much to offer so therefore share their life experiences throughout the courses in many ways.
We’re strong proponents of lifelong learning and our program demonstrates that professional development is an important component of lifelong learning. We encourage participants to be active in professional organizations related to ministry, community and work.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We transitioned from a traditional, in class format to a customized, blended learning format. We found that it was difficult to get busy participants to commit to attending class. Most prefer being able to access assignments at their convenience. They are very productive when working at their own pace along with an administrator.
Graduates of our program are actively involved in Kingdom Building. The manifestations include planting churches, writing devotionals, pastoring churches, serving on clergy teams, establishing ministries, evangelism, mentoring and speaking at faith based conferences.
We received our IACET accreditation in July, 2017 and adhere to all requirements to maintain that accreditation. We maintain membership in ACCESS and IACET.
We are seeking relationships with non-denominational churches and ministries worldwide. Often, these organizations do not have their own schools and they have members who seek our customized theological education.
