Planning facilitating weekly Meetings with the following variety, worship nights, teachings small groups, community group nights, student led events. Weekly small group discipleship with groups of 3-4 students or 1 to1 discipleship. Imitate me as I imitate Christ. We focus on falling in love with Jesus, prayer, bible study, sharing struggles, celebrating Gods hand in helping us, and sharing faith with others, while each staff has 4-5 groups of student. Navigate Leadership development Focuses on equipping our leaders to lead others in knowing God. We often each weekly together with this group of 15-20 students. Interns Anchor has 2-4 interns yearly. We equip them through EQ meetings, 1 to1 discipleship and coaching, and empower them to lead others in small groups and events. Retreats, We have 2-3 retreats each year. Facilitate Discovery Bible Studies.
