Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Pop Culture Classroom's current goals include:
• Expanding our current programs in schools and out-of-school opportunities.
• Expanding use of our onsite classroom space in Valverde, a low to moderate-income area of metro Denver, enabling us to provide direct literacy and arts education services to neighborhood children.
• Increasing and improving the range and quality of educational offerings for youth at the annual Denver Pop Culture Con.
-Promoting the educational value of comics and graphic novels.

Promoting and encouraging the use of Storytelling Through Comics, Pop Culture Classroom's comics-based literacy unit of study, and Game On!, our board game design curriculum.

Recruiting and engaging STEM and STEAM-focused partners for the Kids Lab at Denver Pop Culture Con.

Developing partnerships with area schools and nonprofits to bring students to our onsite classroom.

Utilize new marketing staff positions and budget to effectively increase sign ups and sales

Engaging specialized sub committees to find the most useful and appropriate facility to serve all the organizations needs

Currently, Pop Culture Classroom has been able to achieve all of its goals. Denver Pop Culture Con has grown exponentially since it began in 2012 and is now the largest public convention in Colorado. Classroom programs continue to grow while constantly adding new pop culture content to its offerings.
