Mission

The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively as a non stock, non profit trade association within the meaning of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code of 1986 and the regulations thereunder, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended. Specifically, the organization shall promote, further and advance the interests of manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of smoke-free alternative product companies.
