What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Program 1

OPS staff provided advocacy services to between 40-70 survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and/or human trafficking each month. This totaled about 120 individuals in total. The services they provided included crisis management, safety planning, holistic care like integrated movement and art, and skill development. OPS staff provided therapy to about 40 individuals, and held over 200 support groups related to survivor support, recovery, art, and an affinity group for Black women. OPS also managed a referral line and conducted street-based outreach; these programs reached about 200 individuals. OPS ran a professional development program related to economic empowerment that supported a cohort of 6. OPS provided consultations and trainings for organizations and community partners, managed and participated in coalitions throughout the state, and provided technical assistance to service organizations.
