What we aim to solve New!

The main problem that Undone Redone is addressing is the devastating impact that pornography is having on the family. Marriages are breaking up and children are being exposed to graphic, hard-core pornography.

Everywhere we look, we see the wreckage of a sex-saturated society. The family is under assault like never before. Undone Redone is making a real difference through prevention & protection, recovery & restoration, and justice & anti-exploitation. Our purpose is to see every heart living free.

Our key initiatives for carrying out our mission of impacting families include:

Prevention & Protection:
My Secure Family is our prevention and protection initiative that equips parents to protect their children from the dangers of the digital age. Through workshops, seminars, and an online course, My Secure Family offers practical resources and tools, tips and techniques to talk about healthy sexuality, and a community of like-minded parents.

Restoration & Recovery:
Route1520 is our recovery initiative that provides comprehensive solutions for men struggling with pornography and sexual brokenness and women who have experienced the trauma of betrayal. Because the cycle of addiction is fed by shame and isolation, we create safe places for individuals to process real emotion, experience healing community, and begin the journey to wholeness.

Justice & Anti-Exploitation:
Every Click Enslaves is our justice initiative that seeks to impact the supply of trafficked and exploited individuals by decreasing the demand for pornography and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation. We do this by protecting the innocence of the next generation from explicit and violent content, rehabilitating individuals currently trapped in the cycle of addiction, and fighting to decrease the amount of explicit content available through the enforcement of existing obscenity laws.

Our message of hope has been heard in 122 countries through our Undone
Redone podcast. Undone Redone can be found on iTunes and Stitcher Radio or on our website at

Undone Redone is uniquely positioned to meet the goals of our organization. The Lovvorn's personal experiences along with their ability to identify and train leaders allows Undone Redone to scale its impact beyond Birmingham, AL. Building a foundation locally for the past 5 years has provided Undone Redone an opportunity to now multiply into other cities like Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando, and Greenville, SC.

Undone Redone's progress indicators include:

# of recovery communities
# of EMBARK Men's Recovery Intensive attendees
# of men and women attending our weekly recovery communities
# of MySecureFamily seminars given

At this time, Undone Redone is in the beginning state of launching new groups into Nashville, Atlanta, and Mobile, AL. We are working to put our group facilitator training on video so that we can train facilitators more efficiently and effectively.

Board Leadership Practices

GuideStar worked with BoardSource, the national leader in nonprofit board leadership and governance, to create this section, which enables organizations and donors to transparently share information about essential board leadership practices.

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Does the board conduct a formal orientation for new board members and require all board members to sign a written agreement regarding their roles, responsibilities, and expectations?

Has the board conducted a formal, written assessment of the chief executive within the past year?

Have the board and senior staff reviewed the conflict-of-interest policy and completed and signed disclosure statements in the past year?

Does the board ensure an inclusive board member recruitment process that results in diversity of thought and leadership?

Has the board conducted a formal, written self-assessment of its performance within the past three years?

Organizational Demographics

In order to support nonprofits and gain valuable insight for the sector, GuideStar worked with D5—a five-year initiative to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy—in creating a questionnaire. This section is a voluntary questionnaire that empowers organizations to share information on the demographics of who works in and leads organizations. To protect the identity of individuals, we do not display sexual orientation or disability information for organizations with fewer than 15 staff. Any values displayed in this section are percentages of the total number of individuals in each category (e.g. 20% of all Board members for X organization are female).
