What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Small Group Mentoring
ATMN provides weekly mentoring for youth to make friends and have character development conversations. 2-5 youth participants are paired with 2 of our adult mentors who lead and facilitate intentional conversations to help the youth participants grow and develop with a structure support and guidance.
More than Gold (5th-12th grade girls)
Iron Roots (5th-9th grade boys)
GRACE (teen moms)
Individual Mentoring
One-on-one mentoring relationships are created between a youth (ages 11-18) and a positive role model to help encourage, befriend, and walk through the journey of life with a role model, listening ear, and an additional support system outside of their family.
College and Career Readiness
The College and Career Readiness program connects high school juniors and seniors with a mentor to explore, plan and prepare for college and career opportunities. Monthly presentations and weekly checkins with mentors will help the students walk through the steps from FAFSA, college tours, applications, scholarships, and more!
Project Based Activities
We are using our facility in South Irving host small group activities that range from health and fitness, art, financial planning, recreational activities (games, sports, etc.), community service projects, baking lessons, and beyond. These are set up for social distancing and purposeful participation for our youth to stay involved, try something new, and learn skills to help them grow.
Family Case Management
The case management program connects youth and their families to resources and assistance as needed to help them be sustainable, supported, and have an advocate on their team.
