What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Let's Play Fair

Let’s Play Fair is our foundational mixed-gender weekly after school program for 300+ youth ages 7-18 years; using less familiar sports to help girls and boys develop relationships of mutual respect and understanding and ensure everyone’s contribution is valued.
• Participants meet twice weekly for two hours of intentional programming focused around a specific Theme/Sport over 6 weeks.
• LPF incorporates the Play Fair skills of respect, moral courage, opportunity, community, and collaboration; and the Olympic Values of excellence, friendship, and fair play throughout all aspects of program.

Population(s) Served
Adolescents
Preteens

All Girls United (AGU) serves as an extension of our LPF program, AGU sessions and camps provide 150+ KPI girls and non-KPI Girls, ages 13+ with additional safe space for leadership and career skill-building as they delve deeper into key issues such as sexual and reproductive health, GBV, and negative gender stereotypes.

We also have a Supportive Boys Initiative.

Population(s) Served
Women and girls

Play Fair Community Day’s act as the bridge for our youth in our programs to share the lessons learned that week with over 7500+ youth, families, and adults in our wider community annually. PFCD's bring our community together to play lesser-known sports, learn how to apply our Play Fair life skills and foster inclusive communities by dialoguing around issues of gender equity at home, in school and throughout our community.
