What we aim to solve
There is a crisis of discipleship in our country today with a generation growing in an unchurched and dechurched environment. We have seen women in the Local Church tired and weary of doing ministry on their own, hungry for unity and support as disciples, made to make disciples. IF:Gathering exists to equip women with gospel-centered resources, events, and community so that they may learn about who God is and disciple other women right where they are. We do not exist to throw successful events to reach the masses; we only exist to build disciples who love and serve their local churches. IF:Gathering may or may not be around for our granddaughters, but we know the church WILL. It is the church that we hope to serve. We believe in the everlasting power of God's Word. Our greatest desire is to see women know the God of the Bible and to have deep, honest conversations about faith. Finally and fundamentally, we get on our knees together and pray that God would use us to His glory and for
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
IF:Gathering
We gather annually for this two-day event, bringing together women from all over the world who believe God at His Word and desire to spend their lives well for His glory. With biblical teaching from a diverse group of Christian leaders, we seek to gather, equip and unleash a generation to be disciples who make disciples.
IF:Local
Life-change happens in the day to day relationships lived out through women in their community. IF:Local is a way for women to gather locally each year for the annual event that is broadcasted into their local places. We provide specific tools and resources to IF:Local leaders to make it easy to host and serve as representatives all year long.
IF:College
IF:College is a concentrated focus to reach the Generation Z. We customize tools and resources to help women on college campuses gather, get equipped and be unleashed to disciple their generation.
IF:Lead
This is an annual two-day gathering specifically created to pour into women leaders from around the country who are doing the work of making disciples in their own places. Whether she is chasing toddlers, the CEO of a company, or leading a Bible study in her dorm room, she is influencing the women around her. The speakers and topics are tailored to meet that leader where she is and encourage her to continue leading as a disciple.
IF:Equip
We produce Biblical curriculum to teach the everyday woman the basic foundations of following Jesus and equip her to give God away to others. Each study includes a 6 session video teaching, paired with a daily devotional PDF and downloadable leader's guide that includes discussion questions for a group
IF:Table
Based on Acts 2:46, we encourage women to gather around a table once a month, creating a space for them to process relevant topics happening in life today. We provide tools like conversation cards and a monthly recipe for 6 women to gather for 2 hours to feel known.
IF:TV
Our newest tool built to bring together women online while stuck at home due to the pandemic. The content includes the streaming of our current IF:Equip study or tuning in for special episodes where Jennie interviews guests on relevant topics in our culture today.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We believe that in 10 years we can hit the tipping point of discipleship and watch the gospel spread like wildfire, bringing global revival. If 4,000 women (average attendance of IF:Gathering) go and make two disciples a year and those two disciples then go and make two disciples a year, we could see 4 million women discipled in the next ten years. We believe God can make this happen in our lifetime. The dream is that ordinary women would become leaders who would rise up to make disciples in every city in the country and every country in the world. Our mission is to build gospel-centered resources, events and ommunity so that women can actually learn who God is and make disciples through those around them. IF:Gathering exists to build tools for the local church; it is our aim to work alongside leaders like you to advance the Kingdom and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We aim to gather, equip and unleash. IF provides women with the resources, tools, and community to equip them to go and make disciples! All of our initiatives serve the same end: teach women to make disciples.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
In 2019, the Gathering reached over 250,000 women. And we have reached over 5,000,000 women through our IF:Equip studies. Our instagram followers surpass 157,000. These women are going out and making disciples! God's glory is on display. What has happened over the past few years is that an army of women have been obedient to their call and it has unleashed others to do the same. The result is simply that God's glory is on display through the laying down of lives in the midst of a generation of women who want to see Him move.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are 7 years into a 20 year vision and have reached over a million women around the world, reclaiming life-on-life discipleship as God’s means to change the world.
We have engaged over 43,000 leaders in the Local Church who are disciples that make disciples.
