Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Helping lower income residents during crisis or disasters survive the challenges of living in NYC. We hope to provide needed items and connect them with funded programs that can help improve their quality of life.

We organize events and activities to bring people together to identify community needs, recruit volunteers, provide donated items to those that are less fortunate, help connect residents with the programs and services they are qualified to receive with compassion and understanding. Our focus is on the communities we have volunteer leaders to organize our activities. We have found utilizing social media to promote activities and identify specific needs has been very helpful in many ways to help us help others.

Our 100% volunteer-led charity does the most with donated funds to directly impact less fortunate residents in need of assistance. It's very sad that it is so hard for a volunteer Charity 501c3 with NO PAID staff and No monthly rent for an office to raise funds. Donations cover the costs to help low income families who are in need and appreciate used clothing, jackets, furniture, bicycles, toys, books, food and more. But, that's not all we do to help identify residents in need: we host activities, have a website, phone hotline and email open 24/7/365, and do our best to connect resident to funded programs and services they are qualified to receive.

Our 2016 Results with a budget of 30K: 10,000+ New Toys distributed
15,000+ New Books
3,000 residents received clothing and/or jackets
300 rebuilt bicycles
1000+ hot meals
500 prom dresses and suits
60 foster kids bus trip to amusement park
50 kids bus trip to holiday show
200 youth participants in weekly basketball program
200+families received donated used furniture and household items
300 foster families attend support meetings
500 families referred to other organizations to provide funded support (Legal/Food/Housing/Job Training).
