Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We continue to impact recipients of our paintings by donating proceeds of product sales (prints, challenge coins and other memorabilia), to the associated organization that hero was from.
All of the painting recipients feel that we have captured the spirit in our work of their K9 Hero for them to cherish always.
We will continue to expand our mission by assisting in Veteran PTSD and working dog organizations so that no hero or their partner is ever forgotten and will work with Veteran transitioning programs for those who have recently retired from the military.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The K9 Hero Portrait Project has recently partnered up with multiple Veteran PTSD organizations as well as transitioning programs and local law enforcement. By showing our support to the men and women who have served our country, whether stateside or abroad, and utilizing the ever growing support network within these areas, we feel we can impact more lives and with a broader audience.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our project's success lies within it's board of directors. From experience with business and financial, artistry, networking and media presence, our founder and President is able to tackle the foundation of our program - the fine art.
The remaining board members consist of high ranking law enforcement as well as emergency management, first-responder and retired United States Air Force Sergeant and Purple Heart Recipient. By having a strong board with experience in all aspects of our mission, our program will continue to succeed.
