More new churches for more new believers.
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Many churches in Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia have plateaued in size and impact. We come along-side these churches to help them experience Gospel renewal and spiritual growth. As they become healthy, churches can raise up new leaders to lead teams that will plant daughter churches. Although some churches will plant daughter churches, there is rarely enough funding and leaders to plant many churches. Helping churches to come together as church-planting movements helps to overcome this lack of resources.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our mission is to accelerate indigenous, Gospel-centered church-planting movements in Eurasia through coaching, connecting and resourcing.
Our vision is to see MORE new churches for MORE new believers.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
COACHING - We provide professional-level coaching for movement leaders, pastors, wives of pastors and women in ministry. We also provide training to help infuse coaching DNA into the church and movements with whom we work.
CONNECTING - We provide live and virtual connection opportunities for movement leaders and pastors who are often isolated by culture, competition and convenience. We sponsor video conferences and cohorts as well as live conferences and gatherings. Together we explore challenges and best practices throughout the region.
RESOURCING - We provide training in fundraising and opportunities to connect with potential partners throughout the world. We developed systems and processes for financial management and human resource infrastructures for church-planting movements.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
COACHING - Our coaches are on track for professional certification through the industry standard - International Coaching Federation. More than 30% of our coaches are certified as "Professional Certified Coach" with the others progressing to "Associate Certified Coach" or other certifications.
CONNECTING - Our staff have an average of more than 25 years of cross-cultural and leadership experience. We know ministry and we know what leaders need to excel in ministry and family life.
RESOURCING - Our team includes a cadre' of talented tech professionals to provide volunteer hours to build programs and infrastructure systems.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
CHURCHES - We are connected to 14 indigenous church-planting movements involving more than 250 churches. We have a plan to double this number in the next 5 years.
COACHING - We provide coaching for more than 100 leaders in the region. We have a plan to double this number in the next 3 years.
CONNECTING - We provided cohorts and conferences for more than 200 leaders in 2018. We have a plan to double this number in the next 2 years.
RESOURCING - We have more than 50 leaders using our platforms and programs for fundraising. We have a plan to double this number in the next year.
