Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

The Caregiver Space aims to become the central online hub for caregiver support resources.

Through our burgeoning online community space we will provide a growing number of outlets for open sharing about the caregiver experience. With features such as facilitated chats led my mental health professionals, public discussions boards, private messaging and chats and a personal blog for journaling, we aim to ensure each and every caregiver in our community has a space they feel comfortable sharing in.

We aim to expand the range of caregiver self-care topics offered through out lifestyle section. With a special interest in video content, webinars and engaging blog articles, The Caregiver Space looks to grow it's stable of contributing experts to span the gamut of caregiver related care from proper sleep, nutrition, fitness to coaching, mental health and beyond.

As The Caregiver Space continues to grow we have the goal of providing caregiver respite scholarships to caregivers with a demonstrated need for real relief. We would provide compensation for in home care in addition to accommodations and a stipend for a respite retreat for family caregivers. Other key features we have a goal of introducing include a caregiver emergency hotline, an integrated caregiver buddy system and a dedicated television channel providing caregiver specific content throughout the day.

We look to partner with other organizations and health institutions whose work aligns with our own to both grow our caregiver community and expand the range of resources we can avail to those we serve.

Through the development efforts of our board, grant writing and strategic fundraising campaigns, The Caregiver Space looks to unite a donor base whose shared passion for caregiver health will empower the growth of the community and resources we aim to cultivate.

The Caregiver Space is grateful for the support of a passionate and committed board of directors who offer guidance at every turn. Their connections and ability to rally behind our efforts will empower strategic decision making and access to revenue to enact important next steps in content production and other new services.

The Caregiver Space owns a full suite of professional video production equipment enabling the organization to produce quality video content in house and at lower cost.

The Caregiver Space possesses a capable, focused and committed staff and support team who share a common vision for shaping and growing the organization.

Since founding The Caregiver Space has made great strides to grow the community of caregivers we serve. The organization has united a population of nearly 40,000 caregivers with weekly registration numbers that continue to outshine the last.

The stable of contributing experts of both blog and video entries has grown from a small group of 2 at the beginning to over 20. We've partnered with a handful of well-established organizations and produced exciting results including a regular series of nutrition-focused webinars. Other progress includes the enactment of a monthly livestreaming event with an expert in physical fitness, monthly facilitated chats by mental health professionals. The Caregiver Space has already been able to provide a 5 day respite vacation giveaway on Fire Island, NY from the generous donation of a gentleman we cultivated a relationship with.

The development of a strong board of directors and development of grant proposals have prepared The Caregiver Space to receive funds to empower a vibrant, self-sustaining organization.

Progress we look forward to achieving include:
-An expansion in video and blog content
-An increase in the frequency of facilitated chats to twice per day
-Establishing a 24/7 caregiver hotline
-Developing a caregiver television channel with round the clock programming
-Establishing a caregiver respite foundation
