Adapted Strength & Conditioning

​Through our S&C program we teach people with physical disabilities the basics of fitness. Our program is a group based circuit that keeps participants moving and having a great workout. All sessions are adapted per users needs by disability and sport experts.

Run, Jump, Throw, Wheel!
The Paralympic Sport of track and field is exciting and growth focused. Participants of all ages and abilities can learn in a fun and interactive environment. Ongoing practices for individuals with physical disabilities and vision impairments. Participants can join to be recreational or to train towards national & international goals.
A great outlet for amputees, persons with cerebral palsy, scoliosis, limb length discrepancy, spinal cord injuries, spina bifida, dwarfism, those who are wheelchair users, those with vision impairments

Population(s) Served

Play basketball, but from a wheelchair! This fun and exciting sport can be played by anyone recreationally. Disability or not, participants do not need to be full-time wheelchair users to participate. All equipment provided. Programming available for all ages from 2yrs -70+.

A fun and interactive program for toddlers-youth with physical disabilities and vision impairments.
This circuit based, play group gathers weekly to have fun, and learn valuable sport and mobility skills through play and games. Volunteers have a high degree in training from OT, PT, and like therapy roles. A great opportunity for individuals who are wheelchair users, have vision impairments or other mobility impairments to gain confidence and develop movement skills.
