Scholarship Programs
"Margaret Gaskin” Scholarship for Women who reside in CT. Margaret Gaskin, Tyrone’s aunt, is a woman who very much believes in education and promoting female empowerment. She graduated from Fordham University with her Master’s Degree in Social work. Unfortunately, she lost her battle to cancer in early 2012 but we want to preserve her memory by creating this scholarship that will reflect her vision on education.
"April E. Ogden" Scholarship for women or men who reside in Chicago, IL or CT. April E. Ogden, Thea’s mother, was a very selfless and kind woman who put her loved ones before herself. She dropped out of Englewood High school due to pregnancy; however she did go on to get her GED and planned to attend college before she unexpectedly passed away in the 80s. Her GED actually arrived right after she passed away. We are creating this scholarship in her memory as we know she loved helping others and believed in education as well.
"Prosperous Scholarship” for men or women who are economically challenged, minorities and pursuing a career in the field of education.
Harding Football Program
