Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Mondays on the Move
Mondays on the Move brings Mondays at Racine’s full-fledged cancer care programs to any cancer or medical center on Long Island and throughout NY. This program provides direct access to our certified & trained professionals who will offer therapeutic health, wellness and beauty services to your cancer patients.
Mondays at Racine's requires our staff to complete an oncology training program prior to working with cancer patients, ensuring that the environment, tools and services meet safety requirements provided by New York State.
The Mondays on the Move program is broken in to two days, which are co-planned by Mondays at Racine and the Medical Center’s leadership teams.
INFUSION DAY
On a selected day, 2-3 highly trained Monday’s providers will visit your infusion center where they will introduce the patients and nurses to the Mondays at Racine program and the work that we do.
Our experts will then provide gentle services including health balance bolstering, breath work and meditation for patients.
PROGRAM DAY
Monday’s staff will oversee the entire progrm day from start to finish including:
*Mondays Navigator will schedule patient appointments prior to event day.
*Provide staff and equipment for event day, turning any space into a spa like environment.
*Catered healthy lunch and snacks provided to the patients throughout the day.
