Coordinated Entry

The Brian Garcia Welcome Center on the Human Services Campus is the coordinated entry point for services on the campus. We use the VI-SPDAT (Vulnerability Index-Service Prioritization and Decision Assistance Tool) to do an initial assessment of an individual's needs and relative vulnerability. A customized engagement is created for each client to help end their homelessness.
