Animal Cruelty Investigation Services-Union

ACT Ohio is responsible for the animal cruelty investigation services in Union County, Ohio. From the initial investigation to the prosecution of cases.

Population(s) Served

ACT Ohio cannot legally enforce laws beyond our County lines. We do however, take our expertise and experience and provide voluntary assistance statewide to individuals, animals and Humane Societies/Humane Agents in need.

Population(s) Served

Focusing on abuse and neglect victims, ACT Ohio takes the time to rehabilitate each animal we rescue, on site at our Sanctuary in Richwood. The purpose of each rescue is to adopt the dogs out however, some have special needs and need to live their lives out in safety at our sanctuary.
