What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Summer Scholarships - Youth Programs
To be able to offer siblings the opportunity to attend summer camps (sports, art, music).
Monthly Meet-Ups
Designed to provide social activity and interaction for the neuro-typical (normal) sibling of those with special needs. We meet once a month, most usually rain or shine. From cookouts to nature walks, bowling and karaoke, there's lots to do and explore! All siblings and family members are invited to attend.
Workplace Readiness Workshops
Designed to ready our older youth for the workplace. We meet once a month to explore resume building, interview and job fair processes, as well as explore potential fields of employment.

- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
- We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
