With a goal to enable ambitious individuals to earn a quality educationat all levels, the Dr. Bisa Foundation provides scholarship funds to community organizations and higher education institutions aiming to support college students experiencing disadvantaged circumstances in pursuing an undergraduate degree at a historically Black college or university (HBCU) within the state of Georgia.
