What we aim to solve
Euthanasia numbers are dropping in our community and around the country, but there is still a need for more resources for animals with medical and behavioral needs. If a dog or cat has a medical or behavioral issue that is manageable and/or treatable, we want to see that animal treated rather than euthanized.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our organization aims to provide medical care and behavioral assistance to homeless animals that would otherwise be deemed "unadoptable." We aim to rehabilitate these animals, treat them according to their needs, and find loving homes for them. It is our goal that others will be inspired by our example to look twice at "unadoptable" animals, and start asking what those animals need to become adoptable pets.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our growing community includes such assets as experienced veterinary hospitals and dog trainers. We are also connected to a network of experienced and educated foster homes. Using these resources, our organization is able to give these animals the utmost time and care for rehabilitation and preparing them for future adoption.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have an extensive medical team spread out across various veterinary hospitals in the Las Vegas Valley, as well as a network of trainers who assist with our animals with behavioral needs. Our network of foster homes is essential to our cause. These educated, experienced foster parents provide personalized care and preparation for our animals to live a normal life.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have accomplished a great deal; we've rehabilitated and placed dozens of dogs with medical and behavioral issues. Going forward, we aim to continue in these accomplishments, and we would also like to expand our vetting, training, and foster capabilities with the goal of taking on even more difficult cases.
