Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Support the Bulverde Area Rural Library District with an endowment fund, capital campaign, educational programs, and outreach services.

Public programs for financial management and legacy giving.
Communications with community members in a position to make substantial gifts.
Obtaining funds through grants and gifts for capital campaign and to operate mobile outreach program.
Assist the library director as requested with the management of sponsored outreach programs.

Board members have the expertise to present financial management and legacy giving programs and have contacts with other professionals who can provide these services.

Board members have knowledge of the community and communication skills to reach potential donors.

Board members have successful experience in writing grant requests.

Board members work closely with the library director and are available when requested to assist with special issues.

We are a new organization and have obtained seed money for the endowment fund. More will be forth coming but we have a lot of work to do.

We have received grants to initiate mobile outreach library services and are assisting the library staff in implementing that program. More funding is needed to keep the program running at full capacity.

We are participated in the 2017 San Antonio Area Big Give program and have received grants ($195,000) for the building expansion capital campaign initiated in 2017.

We have solicited and received individual donations ($10,000) for the capital campaign.
