Rescue/Sanctuary

We take the abused, neglected, or unwanted animals and give them a forever home where they can live their best life.

Population(s) Served

Many people believe that the homeless should not be dog owners. The reality is many if not most of these dogs would be in high kill shelters. In our years of experience we have witnessed the homeless put the needs of their dogs ahead of their own. It gives them a reason to carry on, and most importantly, gives them their only companionship. We support the Alpha Project by providing dog food, blankets, and accessories to make their lives a little easier. Staff at Alpha have told us that they have seen an uptick in dog ownership by the homeless during Covid as social isolation has increased. We aren’t out there solving this problem, but we believe we can help improve their condition, one dog at a time.
