Performance Seasons and Educational Offerings

With a thrilling array of performances and educational programs, the Center strives to fulfill a mission of greater access to the arts for all in Northern Michigan! Included are performances by renowned artists featuring the best of jazz, country, classical, orchestral, opera, pop, Broadway, stand-up comedy, and so much more. Its "Next Gen" youth programs connect K-12 students with curriculum-driven, free arts and STEM performances and workshops that support classroom learning. In addition, the Dorothy Gerber Strings Program offers free classroom instruction and affordably priced private instruction in violin, viola, cello, and bass. And life-long learners of all ages enjoy fascinating intellectual dialogue with thought leaders and inspirational speakers on Center Stage.

Newly opened in 2018, the Center has quickly become an arts and culture hub for Northern Michigan residents and guests supporting greater access to exceptional arts for all.
