Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We want to provide other after care support options that will be utilized more than what we had at the beginning of 2022.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Little Angel Healing Baskets
We provide our Little Angel Healing Baskets to parents after the loss of a baby. The baskets are distributed to all all local hospitals and are also brought to local area funeral homes.
The baskets include:
burial gown, hair clipping bag, hand and foot mold kit, books (Heaven Is For Real, We Were Having a Baby But Had An Angel Instead), handmade blanket and hat, nuk, forget me not seed packet, candle, literature on our photography services and free financial assistance and hands on support that we provide to parents for burial or cremation needs.
Monitor Rental
Giving families a peace of mind after the loss of a child. We allow families to checkout Owlet Monitor's and Fetal Doppler's, using a library checkout system.
Family Support
Providing families with one on one support through our Family Support Advocate (much like a funeral director), to guide them through the many decisions they are facing, all while assisting them financially and hands on to provide create and provide mementos, and give parents a soft place to land through their grief.
Cuddle Cots & Caring Cradles
Providing the gift of time by purchasing cooling bassinets for hospitals, for parents facing the loss of a baby. These bassinets provide families with the ability to keep their child with them in the room with them.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Since we decided to add more after care support we have started doing Virtual Monthly Grief Talks with therapists, grief experts, loss parents that run organizations, and directors of other loss organizations. We have also started offering free Help Text subscriptions to any new family that feels they would benefit from them. Lastly, we are working with Whitetail Lodge in MN to offer a free three day stay for all of our new families.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We have have already added three new programs, listed above, so for 2023 we are focusing on finding ways to provide one on one therapy for new families with a licensed therapist. We have calls out to area therapists to get pricing information and find ways to work with them to provide this at a reduced cost that we can cover.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We will be able to offer this sometime within 2023.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have added Virtual Monthly Grief Talks, Help Texts, and Whitetail Lodge Loss Parent Retreat Center to our after care support. These have been of great impact on our families both new and existing.
