To positively impact youth in our communities by providing life-enhancing fitness through Weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning programs that build character, emphasize integrity & instill values that support independence and mental resilience and empower our youth to believe they can do ANYTHING.

DIESEL Strength & Conditioning & Olympic Weightlifting

Our programs are designed around fitness and/or sports interests. We coach sports teams looking to improve in their specific sport, individuals who need to develop more power, strength or skills that transfer in to their sport and kids who have never played a sport and have a desire to develop physically.
