Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Our focus is on raising awareness of the different adversities our teens and young adults face, to increase literacy scores, and to address some of the mental health issues that are affecting the mindset of our youth.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
STOP THE SILENCE/VIOLENCE
We are working to increase the awareness of the countless acts of violence, that's happening in, and around our communities, as well as, within our schools. Our goal is to educate, on the indicators of potential situations, and (when the opportunity presents itself) how we must communicate with potential victims, without jeopardizing their safety. This also includes bullying, cyber-bullying, and any other forms of abuse, and neglect.
READING PROGRAM
READING PROGRAM
WAV/Project-WAV advocates on behalf of those who are lacking in areas of literacy. Our goal is to help increase Reading and Comprehension scores. Providing programs that are engineered for critical thinking and development.
ANTI- TRAFFICKING
STOP TRAFFICKING
We have, and will continue to work to increase awareness, and to help
secure the safety and support needed, to individuals who are
experiencing, or have experienced, the negative impact of Trafficking-
whether directly or indirectly. This includes organ, human and sex
trafficking.
