THE PURPOSE OF THIS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION IS TO HELP BUILD AND SUSTAIN A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT BY UTILIZING TREES AS PART OF THE SOLUTION TO THE IMPACTS OF URBANIZATION ON THE QUALITY OF OUR AIR, WATER, AND OTHER RESOURCE SYSTEMS, AND BY FACILITATING AND FUNDING RELATED PROGRAMS, AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

Tree San Diego's Tree Steward Certification Program is an all-ages training program for anyone who wants learn more about the benefits of trees, how to care for trees, and how to educate their local community about San Diego's urban forest.
