What we aim to solve
The loneliest generation. That is how Millennials, and now Gen Zs, are often defined. Data will show that these two generations are connecting online more than any other generation, yet are the loneliest generation to ever exist. How can this be? As psychologists research this epidemic of loneliness they are finding that there is simply no replacement for real, true, authentic community. Social media and other online platforms allow us to connect, sure, but they also allow us to create a false sense of community. This community can be what we want it to, our own utopia. We can unfollow who we want. Comment on what we like. Delete the things we don’t want to see. Choose to erase conflict as needed. Real life doesn’t work like this and the result of this false reality is a lack of resilience in so many people today.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Lane of Roses is a women’s ministry with the goal of helping women discover their God-given purpose and live it out in order to spread God’s joy, hope, and love all over the world. We say faith is foundational, stories are powerful, and community is essential. We believe these three values lead to a purpose-filled life where loneliness, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues do not rule your life.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategy is a funnel: Engage, Empower, Equip.
We engage women in evangelism, empower women to know who God is and who He created them to be, and equip women to live out their God-given purpose in light of their true identity in Christ.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We accomplish this by creating safe spaces (in person and online) and resources for women to explore faith, discover their true identity, and live out their God-given purpose in an un-intimidating way. This includes social media, in person and online Bible Studies, sorority outreach on college campuses, community events, volunteer ambassador programs, daily devotions, and more.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
So far, we have established Bible Studies in 5 countries around the world and have ambassadors from over 15 states, including international ambassadors and a team of nearly 30 volunteer writers. We have also seen decisions for Christ each year, and our reach online and in each local community where Lane of Roses exists continues to grow.
What's next?
Expanding our sorority ministry. Expanding our in person and online Bible Studies, Community Groups, and Support Groups. Creating more free and purchasable resources for women to learn more about their true identity and God-given purpose.
