What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Teal Teen Project™
Teal Teen Project™ is an educational community outreach awareness program for women and girls ages 13 to 19. The workshop focuses on the Epidemic of HPV and it’s relations to cervical cancer.
During the workshop, female students will participate in lectures, activities, and discussions. The goal of this workshop is to have the youth themselves modify behaviors that can increase their risk of HPV acquisition and transmission.
Sister Circle of Strength Program
Sister Circle of Strength (SCOS) is designed for authentic sisterhood and service. Through the Sister Circle of Strength Program females who are diagnosed with Cervical and Ovarian Cancer, HPV and PCOS that are currently receiving treatment will receive a Chemo Survivor Care Kit, financial assistance to those in need, and other support.
Internship Program
The purpose of this program is to help students to explore a career interest, develop skills, and gain experience. Also, students will learn how to be solution focused and understand the power of making a difference vs. making a profit.
