    Breaking the chains recently participated in a communitywide survey and found that clients with persisting behavioral health issues were being underserved within our community. We have since began to develop in research new avenues to provide better care to this specific population.

    By asking for feedback, and then being inclusive of the feedback we receive it has enhanced our relationships and service models.
