SAC Aerospace Museum

The Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum is committed to transforming the guest experience through entertaining, adventurous, and exciting programming. With our visitors in mind we create innovative, fun family-friendly events and exhibits. Our 300,000 square foot facility houses an extraordinary collection of aircraft, spacecraft, World War II and Cold War artifacts spanning over 70 years. Beyond displaying, restoring, and maintaining the impressive collection, the Museum is committed to providing educational opportunities for youth. The Museum’s educational programs create curiosity and inspires imaginative thinking for youth. Museum educators offer hands-on STEM-focused programming during field trips, afterschool programming, science outreaches, scouting overnights and workshops, homeschool days, and summer and winter camps. All of these experimental learning opportunities align with Nebraska College and Career Ready Standards for Science and make classroom connections.
