Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

SWAN will reduce the number of people affected by human trafficking, help them to heal after human trafficking and provide progressive legislative support that is victim centered.

SWAN will continue to provide human trafficking and commercial sex work education. Ms. McIntire is Adjunct Faculty at the Colorado School for Family Therapy teaching a human trafficking certification course approved by the Colorado Commission for Private and Occupational Schools.

SWAN has a stable workhorse of an Executive Director who has been active in human trafficking collaboration for six years. She has built networks of supporters, volunteers and experts.

SWAN needs to establish financial security by actively applying for grants and raising money.
